Card0 is a multiplayer card game platform developed by Card0. We understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of users of our products and services ("Users" or "You").

By using or continuing to use Card0, you agree to the processing of your information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using Card0.

We collect and use personal information to provide you with Card0 products and services in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and other relevant regulations). Generally, we only collect information with your consent, to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, to comply with legal requirements, or to protect your vital interests or those of others.
III. How We Collect and Use Your Information
3.1 Account Registration & Login
- To register and use Card0, you must provide an email address or sign in via a third-party provider (e.g. Apple ID, Google, or similar).
- This is required to create your account, save your progress, and provide multiplayer functionality.
3.2 Multiplayer & Game Services
- Game history and statistics
- Friends or match connections
- User-generated cards and deck content
When using multiplayer functions, your username and profile may be visible to other players.
3.3 In-App Purchases (IAP)
- Purchases of digital goods (e.g., coins, premium cards, subscription features) are processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
- We do not store your payment information. Transaction records (purchase history, entitlement status) are stored for account management and support.
3.4 User-Generated Content (UGC)
- Card0 allows users to create and share cards and other content.
- To maintain a safe community, we log and may review UGC, reports, and moderation actions.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates our Terms of Service or community guidelines.
3.5 Technical Information
We may automatically collect:
- Device model, OS version, IP address (for debugging and fair-play detection).
- Crash logs and app performance data via third-party analytics SDKs.
IV. Permissions We Request
- Notifications: to send you game updates, friend requests, or important announcements.
- Camera / Photo Library (if applicable): only if you choose to upload a custom avatar or image for your cards.
- Microphone (if applicable): if you use in-game voice chat.
You may disable these permissions anytime in your device settings.
V. Your Rights
- Access and correct your personal information.
- Delete your account and data: Card0 provides an in-app “Delete Account” option in settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, purchase history, and UGC.
- Withdraw consent by disabling permissions or contacting us.
VI. Data Storage & Retention
- Your data is stored on secure servers.
- We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with laws, or resolve disputes.
- If you delete your account, associated data will be permanently deleted (except where retention is legally required).
VII. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We may share limited data with service providers who support our app (e.g. crash analytics, cloud hosting, payment verification).

VIII. Safety & Moderation of UGC
- We provide report/block tools for inappropriate content or behavior.
- Moderators may review and remove UGC that violates our guidelines.
- Serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or pop-ups after an update.
